Abstract:
Intranets have become today both unavoidable and little known. This communication, which falls within the scope of the deterministic perspective based on the precepts of the theory of structure design and the development of relations between ICT and organizations, presents the first results of an exploratory study. The study was conducted among a sample consisting of five Tunisian companies that have set up an intranet. Analyzes show that the deployment and structure of intranets are characterized by potential changes and developments around common trends. These trends give rise as the case of progressive or radical change based on organizational learning to use the intranet underscoring the concept of "interpretative flexibility". The various changes can be interpreted as a potential opportunity in terms of organizational flexibility.
