Abstract:

The use and acceptance of digital administration is stagnating in Germany. With a lead time of 10 years, the objectives of the "Digital Management 2020" program are to be implemented in accordance with Federal guidelines. This article critically examines the current state of implementation. In order to generate the added value of this administrative modernization, digitization laboratories are used as support.
