E-Recruitment as a Factor of Employability of Young Professionals in Tomsk

Abstract:

Nowadays, the problem of young professionals’ employment is extremely urgent. «Tomsk Region Strategy 2020» was initiated to increase the percentage of the population employability. To contribute to this strategy this paper focuses on developing an efficient Internet resource that would help employers to look for the right candidates and would inform young specialists about the vacancies available. Based on the results of the study that covered both employers and employees’ preferences, the authors have developed recommendations on the structure and design of a new online recruitment system for young professionals in Tomsk.
