Abstract:
In this paper the authors present the theoretical and practical approach of TPM method which is used in corrective-preventive maintenance. Taking into consideration the advantages of this method, respectively the practical utility for growing of performance of industrial equipment, it is described the modality of approach of maintenance for main shaft of a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tool. There are emphasized the main stages which are developed within process of corrective maintenance of main shaft (MS), respectively the achieved effective values after developed process by TPM team. As result of performed corrective maintenance, it was determined that values measurements after repair were fit in with the values prescribed by manufacturer and with conditions provided in standard ISO 10618:2015 Mechanical vibration – Evolution of machine vibration by measurements on non-rotating parts.
