Economic Efficiency of Crops in the Negru Voda Area, Dobrogea Region, Romania

Abstract:

The growth and development of a materialized culture through final production are the result of the efficiency of the cultural system used. The higher the production, based on economically efficient expenses, the greater the benefit realized by the farmer, allowing the further development of the farm. Romania's agriculture is currently going through a period of structural and organizational transformations determined by the application of law 18/1991, the Land Fund Law, in the first phase, and law 1/2000, through which the foundations of new forms of ownership in agriculture are laid. Agriculture, as a specialized human activity, includes not only the sphere of production, but also parts of the distribution of agricultural goods and services. Its wide spread in the territory is due to the spread of resources and the demand for food that determines the degree of their use. In the general process of economic and social recovery of the country, a central and priority place is occupied by the rural economy and within it agriculture, as an essential component. From this point of view, the efficient development of agriculture is an objective necessity. In order to achieve this objective, we need the continuous development and improvement of the technical-material base, the application of new technologies in production, the practice of scientific agriculture, in the sense of creating viable, competitive holdings in a market economy, in which to produce what this requires the transfer of the entire system of organization, operation and management of the economic agent, by placing it on the new principles of management, marketing and economic management (www.rasfoiesc.com/business/management/MANAGEMENT-AGRICOL28.php).
