Abstract:

White cabbage crop (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L. f. alba DC) it has a high share in the structure of Crop of traditional vegetable areas of the South-East of Romania. Vegetable seed market there are many companies marketing them. Most often, the producers choose vegetable varieties and hybrids based on the descriptions of aggressiveness manufacturing Companies and sales agents. In 2016, the Vegetable Research and Development Station (VRDS) - Buzau taken into study 10 early cabbage hybrids from 5 seed marketing companies. Thus, measurements were made on the head (weight, shape in longitudinal section, height, diameter and density). Also there were observed the uniformity and the commercial aspect of the plants. Based on technical and economic indicators specific horticultural products, to quantify the economic efficiency for early cabbage crop for the agricultural year 2017-2018 in climatic Conditions in South-Eastern Romania.
