Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to present economic feasibility analysis as a component of the new strategic management concept, a tool for presenting the company's strategic objectives and ways to achieve them. Achieving goals requires substantiating selected activities and optimizing resources. Formalizing the strategic choice chosen by the entrepreneur implies numerous calculations to substantiate decisions on: the market, production, financing and overall organization of medium and long-term activity. The strategy of aaquaponic farm reflects a vision of the future, pursuing a fundamental objective consisting of partial objectives, establishing the ways and means of realization.
