Abstract:
This article tries to point the most important economic indicators at the level of European Union. We have studied the following indicators: GDP/capita growth, Employment growth, Government budget appropriations on research and development, Research & development expenditure, investments, public debt, VAT, state aid. We also have realized a forecasting using modern method (Zero Based Budgeting) for Research & development expenditure.
