Abstract:
The emphasized autonomy of small or medium-sized entities, which represents the support of their mobility and flexibility, implies the businessman’s initiative, decision-making ability, business flair, and the sense of measure. A businessman is animated by the wish to materialize an idea related to a new or improved product or service compared to the existing ones. The imperative innovation impulse that numerous businessmen experience makes them develop companies focused on fructifying an idea, whose creative intricacies generate the potential success for the initial business. In this context, the analysis of entrepreneurial elements has a particular importance. Our paper will therefore refer to entrepreneurial outlooks and schools, to the businessman specific features, the entrepreneurial typology and business opportunities.
