Abstract:
It is known that medical services efficiency is a broad economic-social concept, influenced by both measurable quantitative and non measurable qualitative variables. The dynamicity of technical progress and accelerated rhythm of scientific discoveries in sanitary field amplifies the dimension and complexity of economic problems associated with evaluation of this social activity.
