Abstract:

In this article we examine the mechanisms  of ensuring  educational opportunities for racial and national minorities. This article provides the comprehensive examination of how  race discrimination in the US education system is prevented. It examines the practice of the US Supreme Court on equal access to education for representatives of all racial and ethnic groups.
