Abstract:
Welfare/Poverty binomial cause patterns, which are empirically tested, prove that out of a multitude of tested factors occupation/employment and education represent the most important decisive factors. A high educational level guarantees the individual the access to a good position on the labour market, as well as getting it, consequently, a good, steady and safe income, which could protect the individual against consumption poverty. Besides, a high income allows both the possibility of saving up, as well as access to loans, therefore access to the dwelling market, its safety and, subsequently, protection against dire multi-dimensional poverty.
