Educational Process and Motivation Factors of University Students and its Analysis

Abstract:

The article pays attention to the importance of motivation as the drive of individuals which moves the students to activity and has positive influence on their learning activities. The author points out the importance of motivational factors and of application of modern teaching methods in the educational process. The main goal consists in pointing out the indispensability of ascertaining the preferred teaching methods among the students, as well as of ascertaining the motivational factors which significantly support the teaching efficiency and contribute to meet the educational goals.

The theoretic part is devoted to the issue of motivation as the key and crucial determinant of students' satisfaction with the teaching process. The application part has 2 research problems formulated, in connection with the main goal: analysis the motivational factors supporting the learning activity and increasing the interest in studying; find out the students' opinions on the teaching methods applied and on the preferred methods which increase the motivation to and interest in studying. The questionnaire investigation method was chosen as the research tool.
