Abstract:

The aim of this work is to design procedures that can be useful in cases that threaten our lives, economy, social security, etc. These so-called emergency situations include natural disasters, traffic accidents, criminal activities and other threatening situations. The article offers our view on how to improve the efficiency of transmission of information in the case that such emergency situation occurs and it is based on two model scenarios which may commonly occur in our daily lives.
