Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to design a compilation of sales techniques that will be useful for anyone interested in starting or expanding a business, using various methods that allow for more efficient marketing, based on current market trends. Sales represent an activity where a commercial exchange of a good or service is carried out in exchange for an economic consideration previously agreed between the seller and the buyer. Therefore, a documentary approach and systematization of experiences have been developed, including fundamentals and relevant aspects that improve sales techniques in practice, validated by cases and theoretical supports that entrepreneurs can apply in their day-to-day work. It is observed that the salesperson must adapt to the changes in tastes, preferences, and demands of the modern consumer. The study concludes with the presentation of a practical guide that offers effective sales techniques for entrepreneurs.
