Abstract:
This study aims to determine the Effects of Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice of Compensation, and Person-Organizational Fit on Affective Commitments Mediated by Job Satisfaction at the Regional Office of Ministry of Religion of West Sulawesi Province using purposive sampling. To analyze the data, the researcher used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. On the basis of the analysis, it is revealed that Person-Organization Fit has a significant positive effect on Affective Commitment, while Distributive Justice of Compensation has a significant positive effect on Affective Commitment. In addition, it is also known that Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Affective Commitment, while Person-Organizational Fit (PO Fit) has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Distributive Justice Compensation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, and Procedural Justice Compensation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction is known to mediate the influence of Person-Organizational Fit (PO Fit) on Affective Commitment, while Job Satisfaction mediates the influence between Distributive Compensation Justice and Affective Commitment. Job Satisfaction also mediates the influence of Compensation Procedural Justice on Affective Commitment.
