Abstract:
This study was to ascertain the effects of diversity management (gender, age, ethnicity and educational level) taxonomies on employees’ job performance among workforce in selected 5-star hotel in south-south of Nigeria. This empirical study utilised primary data obtained from randomly selected respondents across various department in the studied hospitality firms in Nigeria. Structural equation modelling was used to establish these effects. The strutural model revealed positive and significant effects of diversity management on employees’ job performance. Conclusion, managerial implications were made and areas of further studies were suggested.
