Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to propose a model comprised of variables that explain the orientation of the consumer to choose environmentally friendly packaging. In this context, antecedents of personal norms involved to describe the interest of the normative expectation for oneself. Finally, hypotheses are proposed to be tested later.
