Abstract:
The urgency of the research is based on the fact that in the modern world the education system is the foundation of the emerging post-industrial society and any changes in it have a significant impact on all socio-economic processes. In this respect, determination of the national educational system’s effectiveness as a whole and the higher education system in particular is of particular importance. The professional level and scientific and pedagogical workers’ labor efficiency directly determine the quality of the educational services provided by the university as well as efficiency level of an educational organization. Therefore, it seems no less urgent to research the main directions to increase the efficiency of employees’ labor activity among educational organizations in frames of the higher education system.
