Abstract:
The article addresses the explanation of the nature of intellectual capital and its role in banking. In modern conditions of intense competition among banking companies, modern contemporary technologies are of great relevance, which is established by the level of intellectual capital of Bank members. The new bank organization designs are based on modern techniques not only financial but also intellectual, since new market projects, so attractive to most banks, demand a harmonized program and modern progress of technologies that can captivate to potential shareholders. The theoretical approaches of intellectual capital differ in the knowledge of current economists, but the very means of using and developing this orientation is the preference for banks. Under intellectual capital, we will know all the non-monetary and intangible resources managed by the organization and participate in the creation of value.
