Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the competences of PhD program graduates' profiles disseminated through the universities' websites. A qualitative study has been carried out based on the analysis of documents from 15 doctoral programs of universities licensed by the National Superintendence of Higher University Education (Sunedu) based on the following categories: research, critical thinking, alliances, humanistic training, consulting, teaching, legal training, management of legal projects, social projection. It is concluded that the competencies differ among the graduate schools of Peruvian universities. The research and teaching categories are the most prevalent in the profiles analyzed.
