Abstract:
An analysis of the state of e-government in four European states highlights the level of technology deployment in these states. The level of implementation is also highlighted in different rankings. These classifications may be useful to specialists who want to know the state of implementation through technology. From a social point of view, however, identifying the impact of these technologies on good governance in these countries could be relevant if the cultural dimension of these states were to be considered. This is what we have proposed in this article, in which we attempt to illustrate the influence of culture on the level of implementation of eGovernment technologies and the impact of eGovernment on good governance. In conducting the research, we used the documentary analysis as well as a series of statistical data that revealed an implementation level.
