Abstract:
This article explores the issue of employee well-being in the context of their functioning within diverse work teams. The study consists of two parts: a theoretical section addressing employee well-being based on Ryff’s model, and team functioning in light of dysfunctions identified in Lencioni’s concept, and an empirical section derived from a planned research procedure. The choice of topic is grounded in a not fully verified assumption about the significant relationship between employee well-being and team functioning an issue both theorized in the literature and observed in practice.
