Employees’ Attitude influencing User Experience with IT Solutions

Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to present a model of factors influencing user experience (UX) with information technology (IT) solutions used in organizations. The analyzed factors are connected with employees’ attitudes towards using IT solutions (such as motivation to use them, satisfaction from using them and commitment for using them). The presented model is empirically verified based on sample of employees from organizations operating in Poland and USA. The results show that motivation and commitment to use IT solutions in organization influence the employees’ UX with those solutions.
