Employees’ Retention- A Key to Effective Organizational Performance

Abstract:

Employee retention is very essential factor in an organization’s effectiveness. This empirical study highlights the various approaches and factors affecting the employees’ retention. Employees’ retention and employees’ turnover is highly effects on organizational productivity. Employees are most dynamic force that can accomplish organizational goals and different factors are highly affecting the employees retention included employees’ participation in decision making, compensation & benefits and job insecurity on organizational performance. This study will be helpful for organizations that can achieve their objectives. This study based on explanatory in nature and primary and secondary data was gathered. A survey of 200 bankers was recorded. SPSS Software has been used for statistical analysis. According to analysis, this study concluded that organization performance increases with the efficiency and efforts of employees and supervisors makes and the team whereas they participate and meet the organizational objectives. In the competitive edge, it is very firm to retain the employees for the longer period. Organizations must create the growth opportunity and continuous feedback; it helps to organizational strategic decision making and employees stay for the longer time with higher satisfaction level.
