Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is currently outsourcing the skills of the human resources to an extent to which it can transform them from an asset to an outsider of the labor market. Nowadays, more and varied human needs is increasingly met by using technology and artificial intelligence, polarizing the labor force in terms of its ability to adapt to change and progress. The paper aims to capture the perception of students from the final years of three master programs from Politehnica University of Bucharest about the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on jobs. The sample consists of 66 students, 92% from them working in different fields of activity. The methodology includes a quantitative analysis having as a method of data collection a survey based on a self-administered questionnaire comprising 12 factual and opinion questions from which 7 are closed-ended, 3 mixed and 2 open-ended.
