Abstract:
The times of COVID-19 have exposed the limitations of many companies to reinvent their businesses, in many cases the breadwinner of their family. Innovation, research and entrepreneurship are related concepts. In the survival of many ventures, a series of skills and knowledge on the part of the entrepreneurs will be put into play. Universities are teaching centers in which future entrepreneurs are trained and therein lies the importance of providing courses related to business formation. This article presents a study of how students are trained in entrepreneurship and innovation. Courses related to business formation from a total of 68 universities were analyzed. The results show that there is a low percentage of the presence of the terms Innovation, Entrepreneurship, technology in the Vision and mission of the Universities. Few universities that offer entrepreneurship courses.
