Abstract:

In the present paper, we consider the operation features of the fuel and energy industry (FEI) of the Russian Federation under the conditions of economic sanctions. Integrated assessment of economic results of FEI is presented from the standpoint of systemic importance of FEI for national economy. We present and discuss the assumption of the dualistic effect of sanction perturbations, which not only causes negative effects, but also creates incentives restructuring.
