Abstract:

This article presents the way in which the legislator operates in terms of its legislative policy. By presenting in quantitative terms the number of pages of enacted acts, an attempt was made to assess the activity of the Polish state in the context of ensuring legal security. The considerations undertaken in the article were made on the basis of an analysis of the manner of enacting amendments to the energy law in the Republic of Poland in 2024.
