Abstract:
The integration of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud computing is a strategic move for achieving competitive advantage in logistics. This study examines the impact of IaC adoption on business agility, service innovation, and cost efficiency. Through a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative insights and quantitative metrics, the paper demonstrates how automation-driven infrastructure supports faster time-to-market and scalable logistics processes. Recommendations are provided for aligning digital infrastructure with business strategy in global logistics environments.
