Abstract:
The success, performance and competitiveness of any organization depend to a large extent on the content and quality of human resource management, as many specialists in the field emphasize, the competitive advantage of an organization resides in its people. Innovation and human resource management have an increasingly important role in supporting completeness for organizations in times of rapid change and increased competition. Discontinuously, change requires discontinuous thinking. It is important to note that the success of human resource innovation can be easily supported and cannot be imitated by competitors. The reason is that the success that comes from managing people effectively is often not a visible or transparent process with regard to its source.
