Enterprising Attitudes of Women in Chosen Regions of the World

Abstract:

Women on the labour market and in the public sphere have played more and more important role  and this fact is one of the biggest achievements of the 20th century. However woman enterprising attitudes differ in relation to countries or society. Therefore the paper aims in presentation of woman enterprising attitudes in chosen countries. The study is based on the statistical research and literature review. Presented consideration show that women are playing more and  more important role on the labour market as persons managing an own company, especially. Enterprising conducts of women in conducting business activities compared with men attitudes differ depending on the stage of the development of the enterprise. Examinations showed that in case of the European Union countries women begin the business activity averagely twice more rarely than men. Women working on their own account, express their individual predispositions and enterprising conducts.
