Abstract:
he aim of the paper is to initiate the research on a micro- foundational perspective within the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and value creation. The aim has been realized by answering the following research question: How might the micro- foundations concept in strategic management develop the understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and value creation? The method that has been used is a systematic and critical literature review of the following concepts: entrepreneurial orientation and value creation, micro-foundations of value creation. Moreover, a critical literature review on the micro-foundations concept has been made as well.
