Abstract:

The paper deals with the innovation of IS/ICT application mainly ERP systems. The author presents his innovation approach based on TOC principles. The core element of the proposed methodology is the innovation map. The innovation dimensions and levels are defined and then used for monitoring and decision making about effective investment into IS/ICT, ERP systems mainly. The whole approach is based on process and constraint management.
