Abstract:

Probably nobody doubts importance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems but mere implementation of an ERP system does not bring a competitive advantage for a company anymore. On the other hand, innovation and ability to adapt to changing conditions can be perceived as a source of a competitive advantage. The paper focuses mostly on organizational impact of ERP systems but overall classification of all retrieved articles is provided. The literature
