Abstract:

ROI analysis may be a very useful tool for the project manager. In the paper authors studied the impact of ERP systems and demonstrated the method of ROI quantification, prepared for management information system implementation. The general ROI formula is analyzed and detailed aspects of the implementation profitability (business and technical benefits, direct and indirect investments) are explained. Finally, the authors presented their main accomplishment – the final formula for ROI at MIS implementation.
