Estimating Temperature Measurement Uncertainty during Environmental Tests

Abstract:

This article presents the method of temperature measurements during environmental tests carried out in a climatic chamber. A method of creating a mathematical model of temperature measurement was presented, as well as a method of estimating the uncertainty of temperature measurement during environmental tests in a climatic chamber. The components of uncertainty for temperature measurements and an exemplary uncertainty budget for practical temperature measurements are presented.
