Abstract:

The article presents statistical methods that can be used to determine the impact of attributes on the valuation of real estate. The influence of attributes will be determined in two ways: on the basis of valuations of property valuers and on the basis of transaction prices of real estate. The empirical part of the research (based on the data obtained from the land estate market in Szczecin) will be aimed at verifying the hypothesis on the usefulness of the proposed statistical methods for determining the weights of attributes and the influence of individual states of attributes in the mass valuation of real estate value.
