Abstract:
The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is not only an innovative element of business activity and allows to reduce the risk of critical situations, but in combination with tools such as outplacement programs, it is an important element of well-run employer branding. Therefore, the effective management of a company during crises and downturns requires managers to be able to look for interdisciplinary solutions, including business ethics, especially in the outplacement process, as one of the critical stages of human resources management.
