EU Policies in Economical Cooperation on the Black Sea Region

Abstract:

Although it has not a proper own identity, but  having a strategic importance through its natural resources, the Black Sea region is a matter of priority interest for the common foreign policy. The Organization for Economic Cooperation is an important actor in the dialogue of regional cooperation between States interested in projects in this area.International legal identity of the organization in relation to diversification of multilateral cooperation makes difficult bilateral trade relationships with the single market, and acces to cooperation dialogue with its partners form the eastern side lacks effects from EU policies in the commercial cooperation area.
