Abstract:

The European Commission has proposed for 2020 the achievement of five measurable targets: employment, research and innovation, climate change, energy, education, and the fight against poverty. This strategy is used as a reference framework for activities at EU and at national and regional levels and generates the direction in which Europe should make progress over  the next 10 years.a
