Abstract:

We are based on product quality management approach, where quality definition indicates that quality is both accurate and measurable, and some principles are also taken into account today in quality management in the production processes of surface treatment of wood products.  In our research, we focused on the correlation of selected qualitative characteristics of surface-treated special wood products to meet the consumer's requirements and lead to an efficient design management of these products, taking into account environmental, economic and qualitative requirements.
