Evaluation of the Effectiveness of an Employee of a Research Organization

Abstract:

Today it is important to improve the efficiency of workers employed in research organizations. The research organizations have been recommended to implement an effective contract as the main criterion approach for evaluation of the work of a researcher. An effective contract can be considered as a document with the  results of the research worker's activities which are evaluated by comparing the task formulated by the employee for a specific period and his report on the activities performed for this period. The SWOT analysis showed the strengths and weaknesses of the impact of an effective contract on scientific activity in terms of its evaluation. However, the characteristics of scientific activity allowed workers with special training in higher education, increase their professional level in graduate or doctoral programs, as well as to provide ongoing support to their qualifications.
