Evaluation of the life quality in the regions of the Czech Republic in the years 2000-2015 using fuzzy inference system

Abstract:

The aim of the article is a suggestion of a model to the quality of life (QL) evaluation in the regions of the Czech Republic (CR) for a support of decision making about a grant allocation. Suggested modified model comes out of the published model in 2016, which deals with the evaluation of the life quality in the regions of the CR only in the year 2014. Modified model works with objective and subjective data. Objective data from 2000 to 2015 are gained from the Czech Statistical Office (CZSO) database and represents the results of the questionnaire survey. This type of data is used in the model for defining the necessity and preference of the indicators. There are different types of methods and approaches used in the modified model for the decision making of the grant allocation. They are: fuzzy inference system (FIS), method of multi-criterial decision making - technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), project Place for Life (PfL) and sociological surveys of the Czech Television (CT). Results of the models are compared.
