Evaluation of the Strategic Business Performance: Case of Nasdaq Baltic

Abstract:

Performance ratios or coefficients help a company's owner or its current and potential investors better understand the overall health of the company as well as its condition in various specific performance categories. Growing number of business performance indicators reaching three hundred according to the scientific sources creates the dilemma of choice for the stakeholders of the company.

The systematization and targeting of the indicators become the priority within the performance analysis domain. Traditional classification of the performance indicators compabined with the targeting creates matrix to stratify the needs of the stakeholders. Using methodology provided by the researches in the field the papers address and approbates the choice based on the Nasdaq Baltics Data.

Paper provides insight in the methodology of stratifying the ratios and overview of the selected criteria and tendencies in the Baltic market based on Nasdaq Baltic emitents’ data in the period 2012-2019.
