Abstract:

The article presents the results of research on the practical use by companies of available quality management methods and tools. The analysis was based on literature data as well as on the results of research conducted at the Institute of Production Management at the Faculty of Production Engineering and Materials Technology of the Częstochowa University of Technology. Both the organizations surveyed for this project and the cases cited in publications indicate that the group of the most commonly used tools and methods is quite limited and, in a sense, is reduced to the most popular ones.
