Abstract:

Issues of development and management of talented employees attract the attention of researchers in the field of human resource management. Significant growth in the number of publications has occurred since the 2010s (Bossavie, Alderman, Giles, & Mete, 2021). At the same time, most of the array of publications can be divided into two research areas.  On the other hand,  papers related to operationalizing the term "talent management" (Cooke, Saini, & Wang, 2014). On the other hand, it is related to considering enterprise cases in talent management (Cooke et al., 2014).
