Evaluative indicators of the health of the organisations of education

Abstract:

The evolution of the organisation theory, the empirical research, the experiments carried out clearly prove the fact that the main problems of any organisation are efficiency, effectiveness and adaptability. Faced with various and frequent changes of the environment conditions, organisations must act towards adjustment, which expresses the health condition of the organisation. The degree of health is rendered by the flexibility, the freedom and the capacity to learn from experience to change along with the change of the internal and external circumstances, to be influenced by sensible arguments. The essence of normality is flexibility in all these vital directions.
