Abstract:
Tax evasion is one of the complex social and economic phenomena that all countries are facing, a phenomenon amplified currently by the economic and financial crisis. The process of impoverishment of the population in some areas has reached alarming levels, which are all reasons to circumvent the law by the non-compliance of taxpayers to their tax liability.
