Abstract:

This article provides an overview of current organizational routines literature by presenting a thorough synthesis of evolutionary and organization and management (OMT) perspectives’ review. We use the narrative review as a method. This review enables us to present a broad and multifaceted view of organizational routines in order to synthesize the various areas within routines research and to identify a promising basis for future research.
